Come and learn about Ayurveda, the holistic medicine of India and sister science of Yoga! Ayurveda sees every individual as a unique combination of the five elements (space, air, fire, water & earth) and therefore recommends an individualized approach to health for each person. In this workshop, you'll learn about the doshas (or different constitutional types), discover your constitution and learn about the unique foods and lifestyle practices that reveal your optimal state of wellness! You'll walk away from this workshop with food lists, recipes for spring detoxification, and lifestyle guidance that could change your life!
