You will learn a mix of gentle yoga, breathing and meditation techniques designed to fit into a busy lifestyle with high yield results of better health and resiliency in today's hectic lifestyle. Course timing: 10:30am-1:30pm. Bring a small shawl or blanket. Bottled water provided.
