Busy? Have stress? Feel like there is never enough time in the day? Then it is time for yoga! Yoga connects you to you. Take a few hours to disconnect from all the technologies: cell phones, computers, emails, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, alarms, to do lists, etc. Turn off your phone, turn on your life. This all levels workshop will be relaxing and grounding. We will start with a standing warm up, and then have lots of time for hip openers, restorative poses and meditation.
