This woman's group invites participants to join together to define develop, and distinguish areas inside yourself that are calling for expression. What dreams realized would lift us and contribute to a fulfilled life? We will explore, and clear, personal and ancestral stories that hold us from feeling ignited in our everyday life. Often these stories define our choices and behavioral patterns. As we do this we will release karmic constructs that shape our views of the world, and keep us from opening to deeper intimacy in our relationships. We will redefine our beliefs that honor and call foward our passions. Through movement, meditation, and visioning, we will strengthen our physical, emotional, and spiritual core allowing us to align with our dreams and step fully into our light and beauty.
