He then spent four years investigating stress and resilience at Stanford University in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences as a postdoctoral fellow and staff researcher. Dr. Azarow has taught stress management and leadership skills for many years in Stanford's Graduate School of Business and elsewhere. He designed the first comprehensive stress management and employee wellness programs at several well-known Silicon Valley companies. He currently advises a wide spectrum of client organizations on team-building and leadership development.
