The film features a special interview with world-renowned athlete and mental health advocate Michael Phelps\, as well as teens and parents sharing deeply personal stories about the impact of anxiety on their own lives\, and tips and advice from prominent experts.\n\nAnxiety disorders are the most common mental health challenge in the U.S.\, but there is hope because the condition is highly treatable.\n\nThe showing of the 55-minute film\, which will include Spanish subtitles\, will be followed by an informative panel discussion including a producer of the film as well as area mental health professionals and local students.
