Participants will first tour the gardens at their chosen Community Farm\nand then will carpool to three additional schools these farms support.\nJoin this inspirational tour of how our children and their teachers are using their gardens\nfor hands-on academic lessons and for connecting with where their food originates!\n• in one of three geographic areas\, explore exciting examples of how schools are\nusing sustainable gardens\n• visit a local Community Garden or Farm that supports local schools\n• meet the creative parents\, teachers\, and staff who have turned asphalt into edible\nlandscapes\n• get connected with ways you and your neighbors and participate in these creations\n Check in at 9 a.m. at your selected Community Farm.\nMaps and garden descriptions provided at check-in.
