SUMMARY:Sacred Circle on the Edge
DESCRIPTION:Ginny Anderson and Darcy Elman will lead us in a walking meditation through Bayfront Park in Menlo Park. We will celebrate the edge: the meeting point of earth\, and water\, of land\, and bay\, of past and future\, and the relationship between boundaries and edges as a metaphor to the pulsations of the heart. \nGinny\, a visionary naturalist who has been leading groups throughout the Bay Area for over a decade\, will guide us through journey as we begin by creating intentions around the relationships of the heart. Darcy and Ginny will join forces to offer simple exercises to expand and embody this exquisite place between our inner self\, and the natural surroundings of Bayfront Park. We will explore listening and the subtle communication with nature\, while sensing the intertwining spirits within all the elements.\n The journey will close in a sacred circle of stones representing lines of a poem where Darcy Elman will lead us in an gentle movement based meditation practice. This workshop is a one of a kind unique vision quest.
