It is designed to strengthen connections between families and community members. All adults and children are required to sign in on the day of the event in order to participate.\nFor the safety of everyone\, all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If children will be participating in pool related activities without the aid of an adult\, they will need to pass a basic swim test. While we encourage adult costume participation\, we'd like to ask parents or guardians to refrain from wearing masks.
