We can plant spring crops including lettuces\, carrots and beets... and we can begin our summer planting including tomatoes\, peppers and beans. For gardens large and small\, plant a Native American "Three Sisters Garden" by planting corn\, beans and squash this month! Class includes soil preparation\, planting instructions and harvest techniques. Jody will prepare and share a special EARTH DAY SALAD with lettuce\, herbs and edible flowers from her organic garden. Plant list and recipes are included.
