DESCRIPTION:What could be more elemental than the body the breath and gravity? More primary than the body itself are its constituent parts earth\, water\, air\, fire and space which can be correlated to various cardinal directions and thus a mandala or coherent system of logic is revealed. Likewise the breath has constituent elements and can be applied in a practical way to deepen our experience of samadhi or bliss. Learning to remain in this awareness while the body flows from posture to posture more or less spontaneously as an expression of liberation and devotion.\n \nTake the opportunity this holiday season to truly ground and center yourself with this rooting practice. Carve out time for YOU and let the craziness of the holidays seep away.\n \nThis workshop is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience. The class meets on 5 consecutive Sundays this winter.
